Bacilia Angel, Founder and CEO

Meliora Advisors is a Minority Women-Owned Small Business founded by Bacilia Angel to make the world better for all by helping organizations be more inclusive and equitable. We strive to do this by helping organizations transform and create change for the better using a strategic, systemic and sustainable approach.

Our approach includes bringing a diverse team of change makers and problem solvers to understand the organizations mission, goals, stakeholders, process(es), systems, current and intended impact to identify opportunities for improvement. We engage with stakeholders, from community, employees and/or owners, to co-create iteratively and measure results along the way to learn and improve. We continuously are building a network of diverse partners to engage as needed for each project. We create inclusive and collaborative strategies that meet people where they are to create change, that creates sustainable value and makes an impact for the better.

Nothing in our world is simple and the world continues to evolve including the communities we live in. Organizations need to be futuristic to deliver outcomes that create value for themselves, their people (all stakeholders) and the community.
